My name became A. instead of my full name, and they won't allow me to change it back so I can fly.
So, if my Gmail was 'pink panther,' that's what my ticket would say even though I booked with my full name. I called three times. The flight was 79 EUR with a 20kg checked in luggage and the name change is 160 EUR.
It's ridiculous! They just don't want to help me.

All I want is a copy of my inflight receipts. Both versions of the automated portal don't work.
I spent 2 hr. 16 min speaking to various representatives who then tell me to submit an online form which does not match the type of query at all.
Why does this have to be so painful? I'm not giving up; I will keep wasting as much of their time as they have mine.

Hello, I would like to refund my ticket. I accidentally bought 3 refundable tickets from Eindhoven to London Stansted on the 28th of June under the names David de Jonge, Tiddo de Jonge, and Estelle de Jonge.
I booked it through eDreams, and they gave me my reservation number, which is 226********, but when I fill it in to find my number on the Ryanair app, it doesn't work because it says the number is too big. However, that is the only reservation number I have received.
It said the flights were only 36 a piece, and $280 went off of my bank account. I need that money back!

Trying to manage my booking and getting the runaround. You say my email/password is incorrect but its not.

I can't pay a bag
Called the Rynair customer service kept me for over 75 minutes finally I have to hang up as couldn't wait any longer.
User's recommendation: Try another airline as it's all about hidden charges booked the flight for £198 and ended up paying a total of £370 until I made it to the plane !!!

I booked a flight a few hours ago and I'd like to change a booking name. It says that it's free within 48 hours; however, it's still charging me 115 euros.

I was unfairly charged for my small suitcase. I have been your customer for 20 years and I fly with this suitcase all the time.
The suitcase is the right size, even smaller, and it fits in the cabin. It was never a problem until your frustrated worker picked on me and was extremely rude. I am a past cancer patient and he made me extremely stressed for no reason and told me to pay 60. This absolutely stole my money.
I was so stressed that I had to go to the hospital after the flight. I want this man to be fired and my money back. I will contact the BBC and Sky News. I have witnesses.
Flight date: 26.10.2024, London Stansted to Poznań. Other passengers have huge bags and wasn't stop. I fave the bag that feets and was church and treated without respect. Zero people skills, terrible behaviour, customer service, misleading una abuse!
I fly with the same siutcase week ago from the same airport to Poland and it was fine as always. I want my money back!!!

Agreed 100 with your recommendation. Only by formal complaints (for example consumer office) something could be achieved. "Tyranair" has plenty of lawsuits, court orders in favour of the travelers and yet, they keep with their shady and illegal practices and not an easy, efficient customer support.
