The live chat doesn't help at all, the agents just copy paste what is written in the app, no communication, the agents are like robots, and no any phone contact... this is ridiculous

Very bad have tried every way possible to talk to someone about my flight still have not got anybody after 2 weeks of trying will never fly again with Rynair

My flight time changed from
Morning flight what I paid extra for then they change me to night flight only going away 5 days Im losing a day now because of this very unfair after paying extra for morning flight have tried to call email every way possible to get a hold of someone and never can very unfair
