The answering machine or service does not work. It asks you to select 1 for English and then the line hangs up on you. I'm only calling because the chat service has not worked either.
Preferred solution: My flight to be changed to the correct time I requested your chat team to do it and for the amount I paid. I want to fly out from Dublin to Manchester on February 14th at 8.05 not the earlier flight.

No way to contact someone about stolen purse on flight .
Hi , I took my son to Benidorm for a four day break before he returned back to duty in the Royal Navy .
I booked through a third party and my return flight was with Ryan air .
The seat allocated to me was 29f . The one without a seat in front by the emergency exit .
I was told I could not have a bag so I took out my purse( to buy drinks food etc)
As I had nowhere to put my things I put them on the floor and eventually fell asleep.
I was wakened when we were landing .
I a daze I forgot to pick my purse up .
I was one of the last to leave the plane and was sat by the window.
The only people who could have found it was staff or cleaners .
I have followed every procedure to try and talk to someone ( live chat I just kept being send the link for airport. I had already done this and was told it had not been handed in .
The live chat was like talking to a robot .
I have called every possible number but they want bookings details.
This has been an absolute joke . It is appalling that in this day and age , a company as big as Ryan air seem to be impossible to contact with a complaint.
The airport have told me to contact the police, which I intend to do now .
It is impossible to deal with this situation any other way .

The app won't accept my son's name or our surname, but it accepts my name and surname, and the surname is the same. I don't want the flights to go.
Preferred solution: I want to be able to book a flight

I have been trying to ring you for weeks with no success. You just keep cutting me off.
I am due to fly this Tuesday, 29th April, until 14th April, but I can't fly due to sudden illness. I wanted to see if I could change our flights, but I cannot get through to a person.
It's a dreadful, frustrating experience. I don't want to fly with Ryanair again.

There is no customer service. The process is made so difficult.
My bag was damaged on a trip to Faro. I notified ryanair on arrival. I received an e mail with my complaint number and on return home tried to complete the damaged luggage form. I had all my details, but the form kept telling me my name was not on the reservation.
I booked flights myself. My name was on the reservation. I tried several times everyday , with the same response. I used chat bot , and there is a record of this.
No joy there either. I waited for a service agent. I was 105 on the list, I waited and then it disappeared. I searched for a phone number rang the number and the voice said you are not allowed to use this number and ended the call.
You have only 7 days to make your claim. I have run out of time. I think it's a deliberate policy to frustrate the customer and for them to give up trying to claim.
After the 7 day period you are advised to claim from your travel insurance.
As most policys have an excess and the case cost 60euro , there was no point claiming there. It's impossible to make a legitimate claim with this system.

My son on a college trip was told his case was over the Weight limit ,and charged him 50 euro,we checked the Waite before he left 8.2 kg the bag was also checked at the hotel 8.2kg ,the flight back Ryanair gave a Weight of 8.2, contradicting the first Ryanair staff member,they were just trying to get a commission payment, total rip off

This is the worst Customerservice experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. For a company that generates hundreds of millions of dollars a year, they can’t even have a live human answer the phone calls.
The system hung up. I waited to hear all the language selections, pressed one for English, and then you guys hung up on me. I never even connected with a human.
I ma gonna late on my Plane, It is not my fault
Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is Bozena Beslic and I am writing to you regarding a very unpleasant experience I had with your service on 27th November 2024. Namely, I bought a bus ticket from London to Stansted Airport through your company, Ryanair Looking4transfers with a planned departure at 14:30 and arrival at 16:35, as my flight was scheduled for 17:30.
Unfortunately, the bus only arrived at the airport at 18:10, which is why I, together with my friend, missed my flight.
Since there was no possibility of getting a ticket for the next flight to Croatia, we were forced to buy a new ticket to Vienna (distance between our city is 1010kilometres) for the flight at 20:00, with the additional cost of accommodation in Vienna. The total cost for both of us was approximately 300 euros per person, which is an extremely high amount, especially for us students.
In addition, I would like to highlight several circumstances that led to this delay. We initially arrived at the station early, but the driver did not let us on the earlier bus, and we had to wait for the 2:30 PM departure, despite the fact that the ticket was flexible according to the terms on the Looking For Transfers website, which was affiliated with Ryanair. Also, the driver, whom I asked if we would arrive on time, assured me that we would, but he seemed to be aware that we would be late, given the known congestion and delays on that route.
Additionally, during the journey, the driver often stopped at traffic lights, drove very slowly, and unnecessarily explained various things, such as the toilet on the bus, which further slowed down the arrival.
I believe that this significantly contributed to the delay.
Given all the circumstances, I am requesting a refund from your company for the additional costs we incurred due to your delay, including a new ticket to Vienna, accommodation, and additional transportation costs to Croatia. I also believe that it is extremely important to clearly communicate to passengers that they need to take the bus to the airport at least 6 hours before their flight, which you certainly know.
At the same time, I would like to emphasize that we suffered a lot of stress due to the missed flight, and I would especially like to draw attention to the rude behavior of the woman at the Ryanair counter, who did not even try to help us, and was very rude.
I hope that you will understand the seriousness of the situation and that you will take appropriate measures to correct the situation and compensate us for the damage caused.
Please inform me of the further steps regarding this request.
