I sent the wrong code, and I have pictures and evidence of how difficult it was to not log in... and that is not my fault... and I would like compensation for what happened to me at the airport...

including flying And you were not able to reach it...because because of you, I was late in taking the measures. ...If you don't solve the problem, I report it to their company

I flew with Ryanair and upon arriving back at Edinburgh Airport my suitcase didnt. After filing a lost property claim through Swissport I was assured it had been tracked and would be on its way and delivered by courier to my home address.

After receiving no further updates I contacted Swissport again only be told to basically go away as they no longer had to deal with me.

Swissport supposedly closed my case after 5 days. I then got in touch with Ryanair to make a claim and I have yet to receive any further information regarding the whereabouts of my suitcase or my claim.

User's recommendation: Do not fly with Ryanair. Staff are extremely unhelpful and I was getting wrong information from Swiss port agents and after complaint the agent basically told me to go away.

I find it very unfair that I check into the app to book for the 14th of Dec and then two days later, its price has increased considerably! I visit the UK approximately every 2 months and only use Ryanair to visit my sick father who lives with my brother in Birmingham, so I should receive an immediate discount as a stable, consistent, loyal client.

I spoke with a customer representative today who was extremely negative towards me and blamed the higher price on it being the month of December. I don't agree at all! But I'm not paying nearly 300 euro.

All the customer representative kept telling me was that there was nothing he could do or have influence on and said this to me 3 times within the space of the conversation! This isn't customer service, but dictatorship.

Booked flight to Asturias 10/05/24 for 11.35 am from Stansted.

They notified 5 days later that the flight was changed to 06.40 am.

I said I wanted a refund for this leg of journey as it was too early for me to get there. It would involve taxi to Golders Green and then bus.

The National Express bus I booked through Ryan Air does not specify times and if the bus is full you have to wait for the next which would mean I would miss checking in on time. The bus is non amendable.

A relative was travelling on the same flight and told me they had agreed a refund and he had booked on Vueling flight from Gatwick at 11,35. I booked that flight straight away. The reply was that as it was only 4hours 55 minutes difference I was not entitle to a refund.

I have sent them a copy of the chat my relative had with someone else there agreeing a refund but they are sticking to their guns and refusing to give me a refund.

I pointed out that I am an elderly woman and I wouldn't have chosen their flight if it was at 06.40. I would feel unsafe and worried about travelling at this time in the morning on my own. How come both the Ryan air flight and Vueling Flight were originally scheduled at the same time. Asturias is a small airport and they would not book two London flights for same arrival.

I think they have changed the departure time to 06.40 so they do not have to refund fares. I cannot believe how unsympathetic and unhelpful they are.

Shame on you Michael O'Leary. I am sure you wouldn't treat your mother like this!

My reservation number is NDVMVB. I need a refund on my flights asap.

I cannot change my flights or get a refund. It will only let me go so far. I cannot speak to anyone on the phone. The automated service just sends a link that goes nowhere.

I have spoken to Molli bots til I am blue in the face. I need to speak to someone, an actual person. I will have to go to a red fm to see if anyone knows how I can get through to you if I dont hear anything soon. I am running out of time to sort accommodation as Ive had to cancel that too because the other airports are hours away.

Please see attached and follow up internally before I send you an invoice for all the costs associated with my missed flight due to your App stating gate closed, due to delays, etc.

With no notification 'gate open now boarding' notice after a substantial delay.

All the costs for air ticket, hotel, legal, and others will now be invoiced to your company until resolved.

Failure to resolve this matter directly, not via your misleading website or app, will incur further costs issuing a court judgement and late payment fees, etc.

I have nothing but contempt for the 'all digital spin' I have been given and will ensure professionally that this matter will be resolved one way or another.

I in good faith used a card to pay for your service and now you can refund me in full to my bank and terminate my account as I will not be fooled twice.

This has been emailed to all known email addresses. Some have bounced.

The same will be sent by recorded post to both your offices. If not resolved, then a court judgement will be filed and passed to bailiffs to collect.

My flight for Nov has been changed to different time 8.30 am which does not suit us

We were not advised of change and contacted them so have been told will only get email 60 days before date to fly !!

This now means we cant book another flight as dont know if this will also change
